Lemon-Pepper Couscous with Garbanzo Beans
A healthy vegetarian main dish or side dish!

2/3 cup couscous
2/3 cup very hot water
1 tablespoon margarine
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 can (14 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
Lemon-pepper seasoning
directions
In a pot, combine the couscous and the hot water. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

Melt the margarine in a skillet. Add the green onions and garbanzo beans. Cook about 3 minutes. Stir in the couscous and lemon-pepper seasoning to taste. Serve.
