Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

3 large portabella mushrooms
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

directions
Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove stems. Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish.

In a bowl combine the canola oil, chopped onion, garlic and the vinegar. Pour over the mushrooms, then let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour.

Grill the mushrooms about 10 minutes over hot coals.
