| 1 bag frozen chicken patties or breaded chicken breasts 1 can pineapple chunks 1 large jar sweet and sour sauce, preferably Dai Day 1 small bag frozen pepper slices, thawed White rice or pork fried rice from the Chinese restaurant |
| Cut the chicken into 2-inch pieces. Place in a baking
dish. Top with the peppers (leave them out if you don't like them). Add the
pineapple chunks and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes. |

| Serve this over regular rice or pick up a
quart of pork-fried rice. |
