| 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1 stick butter 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla Topping: 1/3 stick butter, melted 2 teaspoons flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans |
| Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, one stick butter,
eggs and vanilla. Spread into a 13x9-inch baking pan. Set aside. For the topping, combine the melted butter, flour, brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes. |
