1 Tbl. olive oil
½ onion, chopped
½ green, red or yellow pepper, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (10 oz.) corn, drained
Chili powder (to taste)
Tabasco sauce (to taste)
Egg noodles or rice, cooked

directions
In olive oil, sauté hotdogs, onion, and green pepper over medium heat. Add corn and tomato sauce, chili powder, and tabasco sauce to taste. When it is warm, serve over noodles or rice with Sweet Potato Fries.
