Pureed Baked Sweet
Potatoes
by Elizabeth

A delicious "side dish" for your baby's Thanksgiving dinner!
1 small sweet potato
Water |
| Slice sweet potato into 1-inch-thick slices. Over boiling water, steam for 10 minutes or until soft. You should easily be able to stick a fork through one slice. Add warm sweet potato to blender or food processor along with 1 tablespoon of water. Add one tablespoon at a time until you have a smooth puree of sweet potatoes. |
