Bacon-Broccoli Cheese Ball

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and pepper until smooth. Stir in broccoli. Shape into a ball, then roll in the crumbled bacon. Chill about one hour. Serve with crackers.

Suggestions

Instead of making one cheese ball, divide the mixture in two and make two smaller balls. Chopped green onions are a great addition!
